What we keep
Your name, email and a hashed password; the URLs you submit and their results; your credit and payment records; and basic technical logs such as IP address and browser type.
Why
To run your account, process submissions, confirm payments, keep the service secure and contact you about your account.
Who can see it
Our admin team, for support and approvals. URLs you submit are passed to the search-engine services needed to process them. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms. No advertising cookies.
Keeping and deleting
We keep account and payment records while your account exists and as long as the law requires. You can delete your account from your profile page, or ask us to.
Your choices
You can update or correct your details in your profile, and ask us for a copy of your data or its removal at any time.
Security
Passwords and API keys are stored hashed, and the site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong, unique password.
